摘要
旋转超声振动研磨机的是一种在金属的生产和加工上的一种常用设备,主要针对于金属的表面进行砂光修整的机械设备。对金属的工件在加工以后进行降低加工表面的粗糙度,实现表面精度加工的一中磨光机器。磨光机的种类很多,分为金属类磨光机和金属加工类的磨光机。
综合本次设计的要求和以上相关知识的考虑之后,在本次的旋转超声振动研磨机的的设计中,主要采用单面双砂的结构,砂式宽带进行实现对金属圆料的砂光,来实现本次对旋转超声振动研磨机的结构的设计,使用辊式砂轮实现金属的磨销层度。
在设计的过程中,考虑到整个设备的重心过高,在工作中可能会引起整机的相对振动,设计中将动力源的主电机设置于整个设备的下方,并通过使用滚子和轴来实现皮带传动,带动滚子旋转,在整个的设计中使整机重心得到下降,并且整个额的设计整机的机壳上,底端不仅采用焊接焊合,还开有地脚使用螺栓孔的进行固定,使用前再将整个设备固定或安装在比较硬的地板上固定牢固,这样可以有效的增强旋转超声振动研磨机的的整机的使用稳定性。

Abstract
Rotary ultrasonicvibration grinder is a kind of common equipment in the production and processing of metal. It is mainly used for sanding the surface of metal. It is a sanding machinewhich can reduce the surface roughness ofwoodworkpiece after processing and realize the surface precision processing. There are many kinds of Sanders, including metal sanders and metal processing Sanders.
After considering the requirements of this design and the above related knowledge, in the design of this rotary ultrasonicvibration grinder, the structure of single side and double sand is mainly used, and the sand typewide band is used to realize the sanding ofwood round material, so as to realize the design of this rotary ultrasonicvibration grinder structure, and the roll type sand frame is used to realize the grinding pin layer degree ofwood.
In the design process, considering that the center of gravity of thewhole equipment is too high,which may cause the relativevibration of thewhole machine in thework, the main motor of the power source is set under thewhole equipment in the design, and the belt drive is realized by using rollers and shafts to drive the rollers to rotate, so that the center of gravity of thewhole machine is lowered in thewhole design, and thewhole frame of thewhole machine is designed, The bottom end is not onlywelded, but also fixedwith anchor bolt holes. Before use, thewhole equipment is fixed or installed on a hard floor,which can effectively enhance the stability of thewhole machine of the rotary ultrasonicvibration grinder.
