B型旋风除尘器设计
摘要
系统性的较为完整的详细说明了B型旋风除尘器,涵盖有除尘器的整体结构、原理性的概述、关键零部件的强度校核及其选材等等。参照普通B旋风除尘器设计为基础,指导老师的中肯意见和自己查阅许多有关除尘设备的书籍一步一步脚印渐渐完善的。在的完善过程中,参照化工制图教材,深入了解了化工有关的许多知识,使用CAD制图工具软件完善制图要求,花了大量时间最终绘制了一套较为完整的结构图纸。一步跟着老师脚印,认真听取老师意见,然后听取指导老师的要求最终定稿完成终稿,打印出较为完善的除尘器介绍说明书。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, the B-type cyclone dust collector is described in detail, including the overall structure of the dust collector, the principle of the summary, the key components of the strength of the check and its selection and so on. With reference to the design of the general cyclone dust collector, the guidance of the teacher's advice and their own access to many of the books on the dust removal equipment step by step footprint gradually improved.Parts drawings, and dust removal system schematics. In this paper, the following sections are discussed in the following sections First, the size of the B-type cyclone dust collector is calculated by referring to the data. Secondly, the assembly pattern of B-type cyclone and the parts of B-type cyclone are drawn. Finally, the information is compiled, and the English literature related to the paper is selected to complete the design specification.
