DN700旋流板塔设计
摘要
设计一旋流板塔,用于净化废气中的粉尘,任务书给定了塔高,塔径等相关参数。
因为对化工类塔设备认识比较少,在老师的帮助下,找了几本老师指定的书,深入了解了化工方面的许多知识,弄懂了旋流板塔的工作原理,初步确定了设计思路与设计方向。
通过对旋流板塔给定设计条件进行分析,预定好设计方法和步骤。在对旋流板塔的塔体、内件、支座及附件部件的材料选择时,不仅要满足工艺设计,还要考虑自然因素,来进行壁厚计算和强度校核。对加工工艺、装配程序和安全防腐的要求,以及在制造、运输与安装时的注意事项。绘制符合设计要求的旋流板塔图纸,并给出技术要求。
在旋流板塔的结构设计过程中,要以设计书为标准进行规范设计,使设计符合相关标准,同时要满足生产的需求和符合安全生产要求。

ABSTRACT
A swirling plate column is designed to purify the dust in the exhaust gas, and the relevant parameters such as tower height, tower diameter and so on are given in the task book.
Because of less understanding of the chemical tower equipment,with the help of the teacher, some books assigned by the teachers have been found, many knowledge of the chemical industry and theworking principle of the swirl plate tower have been understood, and the design ideas and the direction of the design have been preliminarily determined.
Through the analysis of the given design conditions of the swirling plate tower, the design method and steps are scheduled. In the selection of the material of the tower, inner parts, support and accessories of the swirl plate tower, it is not only to meet the technical design, but also to consider the natural factors to calculate thewall thickness and check the strength. Requirements for processing technology, assembly procedures, safety and corrosion resistance, aswell as matters needing attention in manufacturing, transportation and installation. Draw the drawings of thewhirlpool traywhich meet the design requirements, and give the technical requirements.
In the process of structure design of swirling plate tower, the design book should be used as the standard to make the design conform to the relevant standards, and meet the demand of production and meet the requirements of safety production.
