F100螺旋板式换热器设计
摘要
热交换设备在许多工业部门中都有应用,而且非常广泛。例如,炼油、石油化工等等。F100来说固定管板式换热器的换热设备,改变其大小,设备,和金属消费的热效率比今天的新型换热器,但它也有很多你没有其他换热设备的各种质量好,如固体结构、弹性、高可靠性、使用范围等,固定管板式换热器是广泛应用于各种行业。希望确保固定管板换热器的强度和使用时间的长度,你需要设计合理的结构,因此需要材料,压力、温度、壁温、污染条件下,流体性质和考虑维护和清洗等各种因素来选择一个合理的结构。即使是相同形式的热交换器也使用不同的结构,因为它以不同的方式使用。我们在工程设计时,尽可能选择定性的产品范围,或根据特定的需求来设计,从而达到的工艺条件(设计在某些情况下,最好的最节省材料最实用和容易产生热交换器,等等)。

ABSCHACT
Heat exchanger iswidely used in many industries, such as refining, petrochemical and so on. It can be used in all aspects of heat transfer.
F400 fixed tube-plate heat exchanger is one of the heat exchangers. Its heat transfer efficiency, the size of the equipment, and the consumption of metals are not as good as those of the new type of heat exchangers. However, it also has many excellent qualities that other heat transfer equipments do not have, such as solid structure, elastic size, high reliability, application range and so on. Therefore, fixed-tube plate heat exchanger iswidely used invarious industries.
In order to ensure the strength and the use time of the fixed tube plate heat exchanger, it is necessary to design a reasonable structure, so it is necessary to select a reasonable structure onvarious factors such as material, pressure, temperature,wall temperature difference, scaling, fluid property and maintenance and cleaning.
Because of the different conditions, even the same type of heat exchanger has to use a different structure. Whenwe design our projects,we should choose as many qualitative products as possible, or design them according to certain requirements. Only in thisway canwe meet the technological conditions(design the best, most economical, practical and easy to produce heat exchangers, etc.) under certain circumstances.
