年产1500吨醋酸乙烯乳胶漆的生产工艺
——溶解釜的设计
摘要:聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆作为一种水性涂料,它的出现和发展适应了改善人类对生存环境的要求。它是白色粘稠液体,可加入各色色桨配成不同颜色的涂料。主要用于建筑物的内外墙涂饰,还可以用作金属表面的涂饰。该涂料以水为溶剂,所以具有安全无毒、施工方便的特点,易喷涂、刷涂和滚涂,干燥快、保色性好、透气性好。聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆采用乳液聚合的生产工艺。乳液聚合的基本工艺有间歇聚合、半连续聚合、连续聚合、预乳液以及种子乳液聚合等。半连续分批加料乳液聚合能很好地控制聚合速度和操作弹性,且适应性强,单体转化率高(﹥99﹪),乳液性质稳定。该生产工艺目前还是工业化生产聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆的主要方法。

The semi-continuous partial charging emulsion polymerization can easily control polymerization rate and elasticity of operation, and high adaptability(﹥99﹪), monomer latex properties stable. The production technology or industrial production according to the main method of emulsion paint ofvinyl acetate.
