地毯自动装箱机的设计
摘要
自动装箱机是一种应用于完成运输包装的机器,它可以把一定量的产品按照特定排列方式装入箱中。方块地毯,一种按照形状大小和铺陈方法排列的新型地毯,在我们的日常生活及工作中被越来越广泛的使用。但长期以来,它的包装大多都是通过人工或半自动的方式来进行包装的。
本设计是在充分了解方块地毯自动包装生产线的基本原理和工艺流程之后,设计了一款可以将码垛好的方块地毯装入纸箱中的自动装箱机械系统,从而提高生产速度。通过模块化设计方法将地毯自动装箱机分为地毯的抓娶纸箱的输送、裹包地毯三个部分来设计。这样减轻了工人的劳动强度,有效提高了生产效率。
设计中纸箱的输送采用的吸盘吸取纸箱到输送线的方法,纸箱的抓取采用的是龙门机械手移送的方法,纸箱的折叠包装采用的是裹包方法。装箱时先把预先准备好的片状的压好痕迹和切好角的包装纸箱单张吸取出放置在传送带上,并通过固定在传送带上的挡板将纸箱折成直角形,然后将码垛好的方块地毯用抓手移送到纸箱的特定位置上进行折叠裹包。

ABSTRACT
Automatic packing machine is to serve for transportation and packing. It can put a amount of products into the box in a particular arrangement. Title carpet is divided according to the size and shape,and it is more and morewidely used in our daily life andwork. But for a long time, most of its packaging is made by manual or semi automaticway.
This subject is to design a mechanical systemwhich can automatically packing the carpet into the box after fully understand the principle and process flow of carpet automatic packaging production line, so as to improve the production speed. Through the modular design method, the carpet automatic packing machine is divided into three parts, that is the grabbing of the carpet, the conveying of the carton and thewrapping of the carpet. This replaces the complex and boring of artificial packaging, and improves the production efficiency.
The method for conveying box to conveying line is using the suction cup, the grasping means is Longmen mechanical hand transfer method, and the folding of the box is thewrapping method. Firstly, taking out the beforehand flaky packing boxwith good marks and cut corners and place it on the conveyor belt. Then the box is folded into a right angle by a baffle fixed on the conveyor belt.
