小支架三维造及数控自动编程设计
摘要
数控机床加工程序的编制比普通机床工艺规程编制复杂。这是因为在普通机床的加工工艺中不必考虑的问题,如工序内工步的安排、对刀点、换刀点及走刀路线的确定等问题,在数控铣削加工时,这一切都无例外地都变成了固定的程序内容,正由于这个特点,促使对加工程序的正确性和合理性要求极高,工艺设计不能有丝毫的差错,否则加工不出合格的零件。
本文主要讲述小支架零件的三维造型和数控车削、铣削加工自动编程,通过对零件图纸的分析,确定该零件的加工工艺、刀具、切削用量,制定出该零件的机械加工工艺过程卡片及数控加工工序卡,选择各工序加工设备和工艺装备(刀具、夹具、量具、辅具),确定各工序切削用量及工序尺寸,然后利用CAD软件绘制出该零件的二维图,并对零件进行数控编程。

Abstract
The programming of NC machine tools is more complicated than that of common machine tools. This is because in the ordinary machine tool processing technology do not have to consider the problem, such as theworking procedure of the step arrangement, to the knife point, change the knife point and the path to determine the problem, in the NC milling, all of these have become a fixed program content, it is precisely because of this characteristic, prompting the correct processing program. The requirement of rationality and reasonableness isvery high, and there must be no mistake in the process design, otherwise the qualified parts can not be processed.
This paper mainly describes the three-dimensional modeling of small support parts and the automatic programming of NC turning and milling. Through the analysis of part drawings, the processing technology, cutting tools and cutting parameters of the parts are determined, the machining process cards and NC machining process cards of the parts areworked out, and the processing equipment and processes are selected. Equipment(cutter, fixture, measuring tool, auxiliary tool), determine the cutting parameters and process size of each process, and then use CAD software to draw the two-dimensional diagram of the part, and the part of the NC programming.
