带式输送机整机及部件设计
摘要
本课题对带式输送机整机及部件进行了设计。选择本课题是为了更好地了解通用带式输送机各部分的组成及装配关系。首先,对带式输送机作了简单的概述介绍;然后,依据DTⅡ(A)型带式输送机设计手册设计准则与计算方法,按照给定参数要求进行了带式输送机的理论计算;接着,根据这些设计准则与计算结果按照给定参数要求进行部件选型,对所选择的输送机各主要零部件进行了校核。之后,对头部清扫器、改向滚筒尾架、进料仓漏斗进行选型绘图。
目前,带式输送机正朝着长距离、高速度、大运量、低污染的方向发展。在带式输送机的设计、制造以及应用方面,我国与国外先进水平相比仍有一定差距,国内在设计制造带式输送机过程中存在着很多不足。但随着我国经济快速的发展,起重运输机械在国民经济中的地位日益重要,所以带式输送机已经是国民经济中不可或缺的关键设备。加之国际互联网络化的实现,又大大缩短了带式输送机的设计、开发、制造、销售的周期,使它更加具有竞争力。

ABSTRACT
Thewhole machine and parts of belt conveyor are designed. This topic is selected to better understand the composition and assembly relationship of each part of the universal belt conveyor. First, the belt conveyor is briefly introduced. Then, on the basis of DTⅡ(A) type belt conveyor design manual design criterion and calculation method, in accordancewith the requirements for A given parameter has carried on the theoretical calculation of the belt conveyor; Then, according to these design criteria and calculation results, the selected parts are selected according to the given parameters, and the selected main parts of the conveyor are checked. After that, the head sweeper, reversing cylinder tail frame and hopper are selected for drawing.
At present, belt conveyor is developing towards long distance, high speed, largevolume and low pollution. In the design, manufacture and application of belt conveyor, there is still a certain gap between China and foreign advanced level. There are many deficiencies in the design and manufacture of belt conveyor in China. However,with the rapid development of China's economy, hoisting and transportation machinery plays an increasingly important role in the national economy, so belt conveyor has become an indispensable key equipment in the national economy. In addition to the realization of international interconnection and network, the design, development, manufacture and sales cycle of belt conveyor are greatly shortened, making it more competitive.
