摘要
这些年来我国经济建设的快速的发展,建筑行业也在同时快速地发展。而钢丝线材作为建筑工程中的重要材料,其需求量更是极大地增长,这有力地拉动了钢丝线材整直切断机的市场需求。而这几年来,新的I、Ⅱ级钢丝材料,它们以其硬度高、塑性能好的优良性能,很快的在我国建筑行业中得到广泛地应用。这也对建筑钢丝线材整直切断机提出了更高的要求。所以许多企业纷纷都在研制适合IⅡ级钢筋要求的高速、大直径钢丝线材整直切断机,投入大量资金,本文主要是对自动钢丝线材整直切断机进行设计研究,希望通过本研究,可以促进我国自动钢丝线材整直切断机的生产与发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's economic construction, construction projects have also been developed rapidly. Steelwire as an important material in construction engineering, its demand is increasing greatly,which is a powerful driving force for the market demand ofwire rod straightening and cutting machine. In recentyears, new I- grade rebar has beenwidely used in national construction projectswith its high strength and excellent ductility. This also puts forward higher requirements for the straightening and cutting machine of construction steelwire. For this reason, many enterprises have invested a lot of money to develop and develop high speed and large diameter steelwire straighteners suitable for new I- grade steel bar. This paper is mainly about the design and research of automaticwire rod straightener cutting machine. It is hoped that this study can promote the production and development of automaticwire rod cutting machine in China.
