外转子式直流发电机设计
摘要
时代进步和科技发展的同时,直流电机在生产、制造、运输及日常的生活中所占的比重是越来越重。所以,对直流电机的研究是非常有必要也是非常有意义的。直流电动机在结构上可以分为两类:一是内转子直流电动机;二是外转子直流电动机。外转子直流电动机可以直接驱动电动机,从而省去了机械变速装置,这样提高了驱动效率。因此外转子直流电动机在我国有相当广泛的应用前景。
本次设计的题目是外转子式直流发电机设计,本文是查阅国内外关于直流发电机以及外转子式直流发电机技术资料的基础上展开的设计。在设计的开始阶段对外转子式直流发电机装置的进行确定,内部的主要零部件进行了详细的设计。例如,转动轴的设计、校核及分析;定子、转子、机壳的设计以及对轴承的选用等。最后,根据上面的设计和分析,绘制出外转子式直流发电机装配图及主要零件图,编写了本设计计算说明书。
通过本次设计培养综合分析和解决本专业一般工程技术问题的独立工作能力,拓宽和深化专业知识,为立足社会夯实基矗

ABSTRACT
Era of progress and technological development, the share of the DC motor in the production, manufacturing, transportation and daily life gravity is heavier. Therefore, the study of the DC motor is necessary isvery meaningful. DC motor in the structure can be divided into two categories: one is an inner rotor DC motor; the second is external rotor DC motor. An outer rotor DC motor can directly drive the motor, thus eliminating the need for mechanical transmission means,which increases the driving efficiency. Therefore, in our external rotor DC motor has awide range of applications.
This topic is designed outer rotor type DC generator designed on the basis of this paper is to review domestic and external rotor DC generators and DC generators of technical information on the expanded design. DC's external rotor generator unit is determined at the beginning of the design stage, the main components of the interior detail design. For example, design,verification and analysis of the rotation shaft; a stator, rotor, bearing housing design and the selection of the like. Finally, according to the above design and analysis, draw the outer rotor assembly drawing DC generators and major parts diagram, design calculations prepared this manual.
Through this comprehensive analysis and design culture in general engineering and technology to solve the problem of the professional ability towork independently, to broaden and deepen the expertise to lay a solid foundation based on the community.
