一体式保形位标器结构设计
摘要
伴随中国综合实力的飞速发展,国内军工业得到了空前的发展。同时随着制导技术的发展,导弹在现代军工业中也占有相当大的比例。现代实战数据表明,导弹在战争中发挥着越来越重要的作用。提高导弹的制导精度,是提高导弹打击效果最有效的手段。
导弹通常由弹头、弹体结构系统、动力装置推进系统和制导系统等四部分组成。按攻击活动目标的类型可分为:反坦克导弹、反舰导弹、反潜导弹、反飞机导弹、反弹道导弹导弹、反卫星导弹等。按飞行弹道可分为:主动段按预定弹道飞行,发动机关机后按自由抛物体轨迹飞行,再入段仍按自由抛物体轨迹飞行或机动飞行的弹道导弹等。其中位标器是导弹的重要组成部分,其性能直接影响导弹的性能,。位标器是导引头的核心组件,其设计制造水平决定了导引头的探测能力、视线稳定度和跟踪精度。位标器的主要设计思想是在确保跟踪尝跟踪速度、稳定精度和外形尺寸等前提下力求小型化、高可靠性和低成本。
本文设计的题目是一体式保形位标器结构设计。设计之初介绍了导弹及位标器的发展过程、现状及发展趋势,并分析其各自的特点。对各类导弹、位标器的总体结构进行了探讨及阐述。本文在查阅了国内外相关资料的前提下,对本次设计的课题进行了总体结构设计、在分析的同时对部件的结构设计、主要零部件的设计、计算及校核。利用AUTO CAD二维画图软件进行了零件的设计和装配,以满足使用要求。选择恰当的支承方式以及轴承选用等也是相当的重要。
本次完成了一体式保形位标器结构的设计,该位标器可提高飞行器性能,减少阻力减少热降面积,可提高内部空间利用率。有效提高性能。最终达到本次设计的综合训练的目的。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of China's comprehensive strength, the domestic military industry has been an unprecedented development. With the development of technology,while guided missile in the modern military-industrial complex also occupies a large proportion. The main design idea is to strive bit scaler miniaturization, high reliability and low cost in ensuring the tracking field, tracking speed, precision and stability, such as dimensions premise.
