城市绿地割草机设计
摘要
本课题设计了一种由小型汽油机带动刀片旋转运动,人工推动机具前进完成作业的割草机。
设计的割草机组成部分主要有:旋刀,集草袋,传动机构,发动机和机壳支撑座等。拟采用发动机XY168F,这款发动机的最大功率为:5.5HP/3600rpm。
工作装置则是运用割草刀装在发动机输出轴上,通过高速旋转切割草茎。将割草刀的非刃口做成风机叶片,割草作业时将草吹成直立状态,便于切割并与罩壳形成涡流将碎草送入集草装置--集草袋。护罩为涡流形状的草坪修剪机的支架也是冲压件,用于保护操作者和行人安全,并给切下物导向。
行走装置则是由割草机调高装置和行走轮组成。通过手柄另行走轮相对割草机的护罩进行调节,轮子降低时,割草刀下降,则割草高度上升;反之亦然。

Design of lawn mower in urban green space
Abstract
This paper designs a kind of lawn mowerwhich is driven by a small gasoline engine to drive the blade.
The design of the lawn mower components mainly include: rotary knife, collecting straw bag, transmission mechanism, engine and chassis support. The engine XY168F is to be used, the maximum power of this engine is: 5.5HP/3600rpm.
Theworking device USES a mowing knife to be mounted on the engine's output shaft, cutting the stalk through high speed. The blade of the blade is made into a fan blade, and the grass is blown into an upright positionwhen mowing the grass,which is convenient for cutting and forming avortexwith the cover shell to send the grass into the collecting plant-- collecting straw bag. The bracket for the eddy-shaped lawn trimmer is also a stamping part to protect the operator and pedestrian safety and to guide the cutting.
Thewalking device is composed of a lawn mower and awalkingwheel. When thewheel is reduced, the cutting blade is lowered, and the grass height is increased. Andviceversa.
