基于UG的直三通管注塑模具设计

摘要
当前,树脂工业产品已然走进人们日常的生产和生活中。跟随着工业树脂产品和家庭树脂产品的品系和供求量逐日显着增加,这部分产品升级的周期越发短,因而对材料的品系、产量及质量都给出了比以往更高的要求。从而使对树脂模具的开发设计与加工的能力也需要越发高。在当今塑料成形制造中,树脂产品的品质与塑料成形模具、塑料成形设备和树脂加工工艺这几个因数紧密联系。就这三项要点中,塑料成形模具品质最为重要的,优质模具最能大幅度提升塑料成形产品制造水平以及综合效益,优质模具能保证塑件的外形、性能、品质等等。
这篇文稿有关内容是对塑胶模具的型腔布局、流道系统、引导装置、顶出装置、导气系统及调温系统等开展具体的剖析、精确求算及详细设计。在设计步骤中,本文综合考虑注塑收缩变形、温度因子、推出力等注塑模具因子的影响,让设计好的模具能够达到综合的设计条件,满足实际工程的需要。

Abstract
At present, resin industry products have already entered people's daily production and life. The number of lines and supply and demand following industrial resin products and home resin products have increased significantly. The period of upgrading of these products has become shorter and shorter, resulting in higher requirements than ever for the strains, yield, and quality of materials. Thus, the ability to design, develop, and process resin molds is also increasing. In today's plastics forming and manufacturing, the quality of the resin product is closely related to several factors such as plastic forming mold, plastic forming equipment and resin processing technology. Among these three points, the quality of plastic forming molds is the most important. High quality molds can greatly improve the level of manufacturing of plastic forming products as well as comprehensive benefits. High quality molds can ensure the appearance, performance and quality of plastic parts.
The content of this manuscript is to carry out concrete analysis, accurate calculation and detailed design of the cavity layout, runner system, guiding device, ejector device, air guide system, and temperature control system of the plastic mold. In the design step, this article comprehensively considers the impact of injection mold factors such as shrinkage deformation, temperature factor, and pushing force of the injection molding, so that the designed mold can meet the comprehensive design conditions and meet the needs of the actual project.
