小型马铃薯联合收获机设计
摘要
本文主要对4TU-2型马铃薯联合收获机的起获与分离系统进行研究,并对该机挖掘与旋齿的主要部件和机构进行系统地设计计算和理论探讨。
马铃薯收获机总体结构设计:总体结构分为传动装置,分离装置和挖掘装置。传动装置由万向联轴器、链传动传动组成;分离装置通过连杆机构摆动栅条分离筛实现马铃薯和土壤杂草的分离;挖掘铲由独立铲片、铲片固定板和角度调节机构组成。
整机结构主要由拖拉机减速器、抖动轮、电动机、机架、挖掘铲、传动链、地轮构成。由拖拉机产生动力通过减速器和带轮将需要的动力传递到链轮上,链轮带动链条,从而带动分离装置运动,将挖出的马铃薯运送到收集箱,同时通过抖动轮的作用使得马铃薯和泥土杂草分离。

The Design of Potato Harvester
Abstract
This paper mainly researched the 4TU-2 potato harvester of the seized and separation system, discuss the calculation and theory of system design and the main part of the machine mining and tooth and mechanism.The overall structure of potato harvester design: the overall structure consists of driving device, separating device and a digging device. The driving device is composed of a universal coupling, chain transmission component; separation through the connecting rod mechanism of swing bar screen to achieve the separation ofweeds in potato and soil; mining shovel shovel, shovel by independent film fixing plate and angle regulating mechanism.
The structure is mainly composed of tractor retarder, jitterwheel, motor, rack, a digging shovel, transmission chain,wheel. The tractor to generate power through a speed reducer and a beltwheelwill need power delivered to the chainwheel, chainwheel drives the chain, thus separating device movement, to carry out the potatoes into the collection box, at the same time by shakingwheel function caused theweeds of potato and soil separation.
