新型半挂汽车列车车架有限元分析
摘要
本文首先简要介绍了半挂汽车列车车架结构及设计,车架结构主要有边梁、横梁和纵梁组成,在其中主要分析了车架结构的特点包括车架材料的性能、车架设计方案、布置说明。另外,在对车架的结构进行设计中,主要对车架结构总体布置和纵梁进行设计,也对车架的主要零、部进行了设计。其次重点介绍了车架结构分析的有限元法的基本理论以及有限元分析软件——ANSYS的相关知识,建立了新型半挂汽车列车车架的有限元计算模型,此次建模采用体单元solid—10node 92单元类型,并考虑了材料的弹性模量、密度和泊松比,然后采用单元边长为100 mm为划分单元对模型进行划分网格,其中共划分了207061个单元,99865个节点;接着对前轮轴梁架中间面进行Y方向约束,对后轮轴量架中间面进行全约束,约束完后主要对车架纵梁平台节点上进行加载;最后利用有限元软件——ANSYS进行强度分析、应力分析和变形分析,并通过分析结构得出强度和刚度满足要求,而此对汽车车架结构设计以及载重研究具有一定的理论意义和实用价值!

Abstract
This article first briefly introduced partly hangs the tractor-trailer frame structure and the design, the frame structure mainly has the marginal beam, the crossbeam and the carline composition, in has mainly analyzed the frame structure characteristic including the frame material performance, the frame design proposal, the arrangement explanation. Moreover, in carries on the design to frame's structure, mainly carries on the design to the frame structure general arrangement and the carline, also to frame's mainzero, has carried on the design. Next introducedwith emphasis the frame structure analysis's finite element method's elementary theory aswell as the finite element analysis software-- ANSYS related knowledge, established new has partly hung the tractor-trailer frame's finite element computation model, this modelling used the body unit solid-10node 92 unit types, and had considered the material elasticity coefficient, the density and the poisson's ratio, then used the unit length of side are 100 mm are the division unit carry on the division grid to the model, And has altogether divided 207061 units, 99865 nodes; Then carries on Y to the frontwheel spindle truss median surface the direction restraint, carries on the entire restraint to a rear quantity median surface, after restraining, mainly carries on the load to the frame side-member platform node in; Finally carries on the strength analysis, the stress analysis and the distortion analysis using finite element software-- ANSYS, and obtains the intensity and the rigidity through the analysis structure satisfies the request, but this paper has certain theory significance and the usevalue to the automobile frame structural design aswell as the carrying capacity research!
