滑台结构
摘要
针对履带式拖拉机后桥轴的机械加工工艺,设计其法兰盘上六个孔的钻孔工序所用的组合机床的滑台及底座。下文主要阐述了组合机床的导轨设计,支承件,以及主轴组件的设计,其中支承件设计包括滑台,滑台体,滑台座的设计。机床的总体布局确定了机床的各个组成部件。导轨设计主要包括导轨类型的选择、截面形状、结构尺寸的确定、压强验、材料选择及热处理、润滑及防护装置和拟定导轨制造的技术要求。支承件的设计主要包括最小壁厚的确定、隔板及加强筋的确定、材料及时效处理的选择、工艺结构的合理性和尺寸的确定。主轴组件的设计包括主轴的传动,主轴直径的确定,润滑及密封,主轴滚动轴承的选择,主轴箱轮廓尺寸的确定,主轴箱传动系统设计。

Abstract
This passage tells about one part of the process of design the modular machine tool, whichdrills the six holes on the collar according to the machine working technology of the rear-axle of the caterpillar tractor. The article explains the design process of the guide rail, supports pieces. And the design of the table slide contains the design of table slide, the body of the table slide, and the base of the table slide. The overall layout of Machine determines the various machine tool components. The design of the guide rail includes the choice of the guide rail and the material,the checking computations of the shape of section,thedimensionoftheconstructionandthepressure,the technicalrequirementofmaterial,heattreatment,lubrication,shelter and themachining slide way.
There are five parts of the design of the supports pieces, the determination of minimum wall thickness; division plate and the stiffening rib, the chosen of the material ant effectiveness treatthe rationality of the technical structure and the determination of the diameter. The design of spindle components includes the drive spindle, spindle diameter of theidentification, lubrication and seal,spindlerolling choice, Spindle Box outline size determination, spindle box drive system design.
