基于MCGS组态软件的加工站系统设计
【摘要】现代提到工控软件时,人们经常提到组态一词。与硬件生产相对照,组态和组装比较类似。术语配置通常被提及。相比于硬件生产,配置和组件是类似的。例如,我们必须组装的计算机,并提供各类主板,机箱,电源,CPU,显示器,硬盘和光盘驱动器的预先。我们的工作是组装,我们需要与这些部件的计算机。MCGS是配置和安装软件的,所以它有更多的空间比硬件配置玩,因为它一般要比硬件中的“构件”更多,而且每个“构件”都很灵活,因为软件都有内部属性,通过改变软件中的属性便可以控制“构件”的大孝形状、颜色等规格。随着时代的发展监控组态软件在计算机测控系统中起着越来越重要的作用。现代计算机测控系统的功能也越来越强,不但能完成数据的采集和控制功能,还能完成故障的诊断、数据分析、报表的形成打英与管理层交换数据、为操作人员提供方便灵活的人机界面功能。在实时工业控制应用系统中,想要实现特定的应用目标,必须要了解MCGS组态软件的功能,以及目标对象的每一个构件细节的了解,之后就是控制流程的推理,这里的目标就是加工站连接PLC来完成系统的控制流程的,加工站的控制流程以及加工单元每个“构件”以及上面的控制开关IO连接是本课题研究的重点。

Design of Machining Station System Based on MCGS Configuration Software

[Abstract]When modern industrial control software is mentioned, people often refer to the word configuration. Compared with hardware production, configuration and assembly are similar.For example, we need to assemble a computer and provide various types of motherboards, chassis, power supply, CPU, display, hard disk and CD-ROM in advance. Our job is to use these parts to assemble the computers we need.MCGS is the configuration installation of software, so it has more space to play than the hardware configuration, because it generally has more components than the hardware, and each component is flexible, because the software has internal attributes, by changing the attributes in the software can control the size, shape, color and other specifications of components.With the development of the times, monitoring configuration software plays an increasingly important role in computer measurement and control system.The function of modern computer measurement and control system is becoming more and more powerfuldata analysis, report form printing, data exchange with management, and provide convenient and flexible man-machine interface functions for operators.In the real-time industrial control application system, in order to achieve specific application objectives, we must understand the function of MCGS configuration software and the details of each component of the target object, and then the reasoning of the control process. The goal here is to connect the processing station with PLC to complete the control process of the system, the control process of the processing station and each component of the processing unit, and so on. The above control switch IO connection is the focus of this research.
