摘要
冲压裁切机是为了提高工作效率而进行设计的专用机床,该机械主要用于皮革的切削。
通过分析皮革下料机的设计要求和设计原理,确定了总体方案,完成了传动零件的选定,设计非标准件和机床总体结构。为实现下料机的预期功能,对其传动系统进行了设计。拟定了传动方案,分配了各级传动比,完成了动力和运动参数设计,以及结构设计,并进行有关的计算和校核等。根据下料机切削皮革的要求,选用曲柄滑块机构来控制工作行程,对曲柄滑块机构的运动进行了分析。所设计的龙门皮革下料机的工作效率高,能够准确的运动,传动平稳可靠,使用安全,易于维修,满足了下料分切干燥要求,工作行程便于调整,能保证所需皮革样式准确的切除。

Abstract
Punch cutting machine is a special machine designed to improveworking efficiency, the machine is mainly used for leather cutting.
Through the analysis of the design requirements and design principles of leather blanking machine, the overall scheme is determined, the selection of transmission parts is completed, and the non-standard parts and the overall structure of the machine tool are designed. In order to realize the expected function of blanking machine, its transmission system is designed. The transmission scheme is drawn up, the transmission ratio at all levels is allocated, the design of power and motion parameters is completed, the structure is designed, and the relevant calculation andverification are carried out. According to the requirement of cutting leather by the blanking machine, the crank slider mechanism is selected to control theworking stroke, and the movement of the crank slider mechanism is analyzed. The designed Longmen leather blanking machine has the advantages of highworking efficiency, accurate movement, stable and reliable transmission, safe use and easy maintenance, meets the requirements of cutting and drying the blanking, is convenient to adjust theworking stroke, and can ensure the accurate removal of the required leather style.
