摘要:本着节省材料、成本低廉、安全简易、效率高的原则,立足于棉花秧苗移栽机的结构设计,本设计根据作物育苗移栽的农艺要求,在分析了国内外众多移栽机的基础上优化设计了适合棉花营养钵育苗移栽的的关键部件,并通过作业效果调查,分析研究了机械栽苗的一般规律,找出了影响栽苗效果的若干因素,确立了主要的工作部件的参数选择,主要覆土器,地轮,开沟器,镇压轮等零件的设计与校核,该设计的理论成果能应用到实际生产中,设计出来的棉花秧苗移栽机与农业生产基地可形成一条强韧的纽带。

Abstract:The text is based on the principles of material saving, low cost, simple safety, and high efficiency. Based on the structural design of cotton seedling transplanters, this design analyzes the basis of many transplanters at home and abroad based on the agronomic requirements of crop seedling transplanting. The key components suitable for cotton nutrient bowl seedling transplantingwere optimized and designed. Based on the investigation of operation effects, the general laws of mechanical planting seedlingswere analyzed, several factors affecting the seedling effectwere found, and the mainworking partswere established. Parameter selection, design and check of main cover, groundwheel, opener, crusher and other parts. The theoretical results of this design can be applied to actual production. The designed cotton seedling transplanter and agricultural production base can be formed. A strong bond.
