基于西门子PLC1200的液压式压力机控制系统设计
摘要
PLC控制系统被广泛应用于当前液压机的加工过程中,通过PLC控制来完成自动化的控制,这样使得设备更加智能稳定可靠,PLC被用作控制器来设计液压机的控制系统。根据各种使用条件下的特点,针对机器的运行特点,完成这个设备的控制系统设计,其中主要还要完成硬件的选型及软件的编制,这样才可以进行之后的探索及研究,本文探索并探索了模块化和结构化编程的思想,在此基础上系统地规划了PLC和电动机控制的液压机控制程序。最后对液压机的控制进行了详细的分析和程序设计,以实现全液压机控制系统需要达到的效果。

Abstract
The PLC control system iswidely used in the current hydraulic machine processing process. Complete the automatic control through PLC control,which makes the equipment more intelligent, stable and reliable. The PLC is used as a controller to design the control system of the hydraulic machine. According to the characteristics ofvarious conditions of use, according to the operating characteristics of the machine, complete the control system design of this equipment,which mainly needs to complete the hardware selection and software compilation, so that subsequent exploration and research can be carried out. The idea of modularization and structured programming is explored, and on the basis of this, a PLC and motor-controlled hydraulic machine control program is systematically planned. Finally, the detailed analysis and program design of the control of the hydraulic press are carried out to achieve the effect that the full hydraulic press control system needs to achieve.
