基于插秧机的悬挂式喷杆喷雾机的设计
摘要
20世纪以来,针对农作物田间喷药工作的需求,设计了一种基于插秧机的喷杆喷雾设计,对喷杆的升降机构,喷杆,喷雾水路系统等关键的零部件和系统等进行了研究和设计,水稻作为中国主要的粮食作物之一,在食作物中占有极其重要的地位。在种植水稻过程时,传统插秧机只能完成插秧工作,而不能完成喷洒农药的喷雾工作。
喷杆喷雾机是应用最广的植物保护机具。其向大功率高地隙喷宽幅的方向发展,和有效提高机器的作用效率,降低作业时对作物的损害,传统喷杆喷雾机采用机械式喷杆结构。在田间喷雾及道路转移时,外部刺激会使喷杆产生剧烈振动,尤其是在相同的喷杆固定固有频率的条件下,风干与外部振动频率相吻和严重影响喷雾质量,并且传统喷杆喷雾机使用,不能完成多项工作。针对上述问题,结合农作物种植模式和植保名义要求,综合考虑工作效率,吃药均匀度以及普遍适用性等关键要素,本文通过查阅国内外参考资料将理论分析计算机虚拟优化设计,开展基于插秧机的喷杆喷雾设计优化设计及实验,以提高喷杆喷雾机和插秧机有效结合提高利用率的研究。

Abstract
Since the 20th century, according to the need of the spraying field crops, design a transplanter spray rod design, based on the spray rod lifting mechanism, spray boom, sprayingwater system and other key components and system research and design of rice as one of the main food crops in China, occupies an extremely important status in food crops.
In the process of rice planting, the traditional thruster can only perform the thrusting, but not the spraying of pesticide. With the large-scale and industrialized development of rice planting in China, on the premise of ensuring a relatively balanced planting area of rice, a large amount of input of agricultural production factors is reduced to reduce the pollution faced by agriculture, and promoting the green development of agriculture has become the primary task of agricultural production safety. Electrostatic spray technology can make through differentways of charging liquid droplets take charge and polarity between electrostatic field and spray targets at the same time, and then live in electrostatic field forcewith the directional movement to any part of the adsorption on the target, for efficient evenly to complete assignments, plant characteristics, the technology has promoted spray to target shooting, reduce pesticide seems to improve the droplets coverage, different parts of plant leaf blade has the advantages of good adhesion effect, matchwith the national strategy of green agriculture development in our country, to improve utilization rate of chemical pesticides, increase cropyield and quality, reduce the agricultural non-point source pollution is an extremely important role.
Spray rod spray machine is the mostwidely used plant protection equipment. It develops towards the direction of high-power high-altitude gap spraying and improves the efficiency of the machine and reduces the damage to crops. Traditional spray rod sprayer adopts mechanical spray rod structure. Its folding and unfolding through a number of hydraulic cylinders to complete the action. Existing mechanism synchronization and coordination, operational poor into the cost of high, low reliability of the use of machinery. Critical issues. In the field spray and road transfer, external stimulationwill cause the spray rod to produceviolentvibration, especially in the same spray rod fixed natural frequency condition, air drying and externalvibration frequency kiss and seriously affect the spray quality, and the traditional spray rod spray machine can not complete a number ofwork. Inview of the above problems, combiningwith the crop planting mode and the nominal requirements of plant protection, the key factors such aswork efficiency, drug uniformity and general applicability are comprehensively considered. This paper theoretically analyzes thevirtual optimization design of computer by consulting the domestic and foreign reference materials. The optimization design and experiment of spray rod design based on transplanterwere carried outwith the combination of modal test and field performance test, so as to improve the efficiency of the combination of spray rod and transplanter.
