溜板零件图
摘要
专用夹具是对零件某一道或者几道工序加工而设计的定位和夹紧装置。专用夹具发展历史悠久,一直都在广泛使用。其原因是零件的外形及内部机构千变万化,定位和夹紧都不相同。因此,设计专用夹具意义非凡。本次设计研究的对象是卧式车床熘板箱中的熘板,在导轨上熘板装在上面进行移动,这样刀就被带着走动,还有个名字叫滑板。研究的内容包括加工工艺设计以及夹具设计两部分。
加工工艺分析包括,产品功能,是什么构造,加工时候有哪些需求,分析它的行位公差;要分析产品的加工;设计加工产品的基准,工艺路线还有加工机器;分析产品的图纸,将工艺路线定下来,在加工产品的时候,算出来切削加工的数值。
专用夹具设计了铣顶面。依据工序图将夹紧,定位方案确定下来;将定位零部件,夹紧零部件都定下来;对夹具体进行设计,选择对刀块等。绘制夹具装配图及非标零件图。

Abstract
Special fixture is a positioning and clamping device designed for one or severalworking procedures of parts. Special fixture has a long history and has beenwidely used. The reason is that the shape and internal mechanism of parts are changeable, positioning and clamping are not the same. Therefore, the design of special fixture is of great significance. The object of this design and research is the slide board in the slide box of horizontal lathe. The slide board is installed on the slide board to move on the guide rail, so that the knifewill be carried around. There is also a name called skateboard. The research content includes two parts: processing technology design and fixture design.
Processing technology analysis includes: product function,what structure, processing requirements, analysis of its row and position tolerance; analysis of product processing; design of product benchmark, process route and processing machine; analysis of product drawings, determine the process route, and calculate the cuttingvaluewhen processing the product.
The special fixture is designed to mill the top surface. According to the process diagram, the clamping and positioning scheme is determined; the positioning parts and clamping parts are determined; the clamp is specifically designed and the tool block is selected. Draw fixture assembly drawing and non-standard parts drawing.
