油井钻井用甩干机结构设计
摘要:本设计以油田甩干机的结构为主要突破口,为目前市场生产油田甩干设备机提供可靠保证。研究工作的主要对象是甩干机的结构设计,结合本专业所学机械设计、机械制图、机械制造工艺学等专业课程,理解油井钻井用甩干机的结构和基本原理。参与计算设计油井钻井用甩干机基本结构,重点对传动机构详细设计,确定使用链传动与齿轮传动结合的分级传动。
本采用所学知识在力学计算中对甩干机机的强度、刚度进行分析。通过自身所学的机械制图、软件操作方面的技巧,画出了所需设计的结构的零件和装配图的三维图形。最终成功设计出了油井钻井用甩干机的传动部分的所有构件并装配成功,而且得出了所设计的传动机构在力学方面的各项性能和强度、刚度方面都符合此次设计要求的重要结论。

Structure Design of Dryer for Oil Well Drilling
Abstract: This design takes the structure of oil field dryers as the main breakthrough, and provides a reliable guarantee for the production of oil-field spinning equipment in the market. The main object of the researchwork is the structural design of the dryer, combinedwith professional courses such as mechanical design, mechanical drawing and mechanical manufacturing technology, to understand the structure and basic principles of the oil-well drilling dryer. Participate in the calculation and design of the basic structure of the dryer for drilling oilwells, focusing on the detailed design of the transmission mechanism, and determining the use of a graded transmission combining chain drive and gear transmission.
In this paper, the strength and stiffness of the dryer are analyzed in the mechanical calculation using the learned knowledge. Through the learned mechanical drawing knowledge and computer drawing knowledge, the main structural drawings, main non-standard parts drawings, and first- and second-level parts equipment drawings are drawn. Finally, successfully designed all the components of the transmission part of the oil-well drilling dryer and successfully assembled it, and itwas concluded that the designed transmission mechanism is in linewith the design requirements in terms of mechanical properties, strength and stiffness. in conclusion.
