摘要
机械产品的连接板大部分是冲压制品,产品性能的提高要求高素质的冲压模具、冲压性能、成型工艺和冲压制品的设计。冷冲裁模,约占冲压成型总数的60%,主要用于金属制品的成型,它是冲压制品生产中十分重要的工艺装置。冲压成型的广泛应用,正是本设计的根本出发点。
本来源于生产实际,主要任务是完成连接板的冲压模具设计和制造仿真。通过多种方案对比,本设计采用连续模结构,模具中设置了冲孔、倒角、落料等工位。设计中通过对连接板的材料、形状、尺寸及其精度的要求进行冲压工艺分析,结合工艺可行性分析,将零件展开,设计了排样图;根据工艺计算结果,对模具主要零部件,如凸、凹模和凸模固定板等进行详细设计,并设计了连接板的连续模。在设计中对模具的总体结构进行设计,包括上下模座、导柱导套、垫板、固定板、导料板、卸料板、卸料板弹钉等的设计与选用。利用Auto CAD2004软件制作了此连续模模具的装配图和零件图。

Aabstract
Most of mechanical product casings are stampings. The raise of product performance depends on the high-quality design of stamping mold, stamping performance, molding process and stampings. Cold-punching mould,which is about 60% of the punch forming, is mainly used in the metalwork molding and is avery important process unit of stampings production. Thewidespread use of punch forming is the fundamental starting point of the design of this paper.
This paper rooted in real situation of production,whose main assignmentwas finishing the stamping die design and manufacturing simulation Through the comparison of multiple proposals, this paper adopted the progressive die system and installed pierce, flexure and blank in the mould. This paper analyzed stamping process according to the requests of the materials, shape, size and precision of the casing, analyzed feasibility of process, unfolded the spares and designed layout. According to the process counting result, this paper had detail design on the main parts of mould, such as, male mould, cavity die and cavity-retainer plate, and designed progressive die of casing. In this paper, gross structures of mould alsowas designed, including the design and selection of upper and lower clamping plate, guiding post, guiding bush, punch pad, retainer plate, guide plate, stripper plate, and stripper plate puller. It applied Auto CAD2004 to make installation diameter and part drawing of progressive die mould, and applied Master CAM 9.0 to design the manufacturing simulation of digital control processing of cavity die.
