肥皂盒下端盖塑料成型工艺及模具设计
摘要
肥皂盒在我们的生活中非常的普遍,几乎每家都要用到。市场上也有各种各样的肥皂盒,形状各异,有些是把肥皂盒做成水果造型,有些是动植物造型,来吸引顾客的目光,以引发人们的购买欲。此次设计的肥皂盒是在上盖上打孔,肥皂放在上盖上,这样水会沿孔斜度往下盖流,水积在下盖里,上下盖之间有一定的距离保证一定的时间里水不会满到上盖的肥皂上,积水手动倒掉即可,这样即保证了肥皂的利用率,又保证了房间的清洁。优点是:结构简单,提高肥皂的使用寿命;缺点是:积在下盖的积水需人工手动倒出。此次设计是以上盖为主,在上盖的设计中主要要解决以下几个问题:1、肥皂放在上盖上时,以点接触,设计六个椭圆突出,支撑肥皂,使肥皂和盒子之间以点接触;2、上盖上还要开一个槽,使水可以沿着曲面流人下盖;3、设计浇口时要注意上盖上表面的精度,不能在表面上留有印痕;4、在设计推出机构时要注意推杆放置的位置,放在下表面,不能影响上表面的表面精度;5、在开模时需保证塑件留在型腔上,用推杆顶出。

Playing in thewater more soap soap soap boxin our life isverycommon,almost everyfamilyto use.The market also has avarietyof kinds of boxes,shapes,and some is the soap boxmade of fruit shape,The design of soap boxis in Shang cover Shang playing hole,SOAP put in Shang cover Shang,suchwaterwill along hole slope down cover flow,water product in Xia cover in,upper and lower cover Zhijian has must of distance guarantee must of time inwater not full to Shang cover of SOAP Shang,water manual pour off can,such that guarantee has SOAP of utilization,and guarantee has room of clean.Advantages: simple structure,increase the service life of SOAP; disadvantages are: product covered under thewater need manual out.The design is above cover mainly,in Shang cover of design in the main to solution following several problem: 1,and SOAP put in Shang cover Shang Shi,to points contact,design sixa oval highlight,support SOAP,makes SOAP and boxZhijian to points contact; 2,and Shang cover Shang also to open a slot,makeswater can along surface flowpeople Xia cover; 3,and design poured mouth Shi to note Shang cover Shang surface of precision,cannot in surface Shang left has prints; 4,and in design launched institutions Shi to note putter placed of location,put in Xia surface,Cannot affect the surface surface; 5,in open mode,you need to ensure plastic parts on the cavity,putting out.
