斜坡地割草机设计
摘要:本次设计的斜坡地割草机主要由电机、机架总成、割草装置、调高机构、控制机构、行走总成、铰链组成,机架总成由割草机箱体、前后轴支撑架,割草装置由割草电机、导流罩、传动轴、割刀盘和割刀组成。本次设计通过铰链连接的方式实现了平地与斜坡地同时作业,这样既实现了平地的割草工作又做到了斜坡地的割草工作极大的提高了割草机的工作效率。本次设计的斜坡割草机既适用于平地又适用于斜坡地的两用割草机,使用电机作为割刀工作,以人工推动驱动轮行走实现了既无废气又无噪音污染。符合环保要求。

Design ofweeding machine for slope area
Abstract:The design of the slope ground mower is mainlycomposed of a motor,a machine frame assembly,cutting device,the regulating mechanism,control mechanism,walking assembly,a hinge,a frame assemblybymowing machine boxbody,front and rear axle support frame,mowing apparatus comprises a mowing motor,dome,drive shaft,cutter disk and a cutting knife.This design through the hinge connectionwayof plain and slope land at the same time,it can implement the ground lawn mowing jobs do inclined slope of the mowingwork greatlyimproves thework efficiencyof the lawn mower.The design of the slope lawn mower is suitable for flat ground and suitable for sloped land two-purpose mower,using a motor as the cutter,with artificial push the drivewheelwalking achieved neither exhaust gas and noise pollution.In linewith the requirements of environmental protection.
