摘要
胎具是制造业的重要工艺基矗本课题以卷边胎具的设计为主题,不仅可以为胎具设计做出系统研究,同时可以培养学生综合应用机械原理、机械设计等知识解决实际问题的能力、创新设计能力和工程实践能力。
本文首先,通过对冲压技术及卷边胎具现状进行全方位调研,在此基础上提出了简易卷边胎具总体方案;然后,对简易卷边胎具传动部分、模具部分等各主要构成件的尺寸进行设计与校核;最后,通过AutoCAD制图软件绘制了简易卷边胎具装配图、主要零件图。
通过本次设计,巩固了大学所学专业知识,如:机械原理、机械设计、材料力学、公差与互换性理论、机械制图等;掌握了起重机械产品的设计方法并能够熟练使用AutoCAD制图软件,对今后的工作于生活具有极大意义。

Abstract
Mould is an important technological basis of manufacturing industry.This topic takes the design of curling mould as the theme,which can not onlymake systematic research for mould design,but also cultivate students'abilityof solving practical problems,innovative design abilityand engineering practice abilitybycomprehensivelyapplying mechanical principles,mechanical design and other knowledge.
In this paper,first of all,through the comprehensive investigation of the stamping technologyand the current situation of the flanging mould,the general scheme of the simple flanging mould is put forward on this basis; then,the dimensions of the main components such as the transmission part of the simple flanging mould and the mould part are designed and checked; finally,the assemblydrawing and the main parts drawing of the simple flanging mould are drawn bythe AutoCAD drawing software.
Through this design,we have consolidated the professional knowledge learned bythe University,such as: mechanical principle,mechanical design,material mechanics,tolerance and interchangeabilitytheory,mechanical drawing,etc.;we have mastered the design method of hoisting machineryproducts and can skillfullyuse AutoCAD drawing software,which is of great significance for the futurework and life.
