摘要
对大批生产的泵体进行了工艺规程的制订和专用夹具的设计。工艺方案采用了“一面两孔”的定位方式,将加工过程划分为粗加工。并按照工序集中安排其加工顺序,编写工序卡,主要选择了专用机床和工装。采用AutoCAD对铣端面的工序专用夹具设计绘制二维装配图。铣端面专用夹具采用了A型定位销和B型定位销、对刀块、压板夹紧工件、并设计了单个螺旋夹紧机构。
本说明书主要包括三大部分,第一部分是前言、泵体机械加工工艺规程的制定,第二部分是专用夹具的设计,第三部分是总结与体会、致谢和参考文献。

ABSTRCT
The process specification and the design of special fixture for the mass production pump body are made. The process plan adopts the positioning mode of "one side and two holes", and divides the processing process into rough machining. And according to the process of centralized arrangement of its processing sequence, the preparation of the process card, the main choice of special machine tools and tooling. Using the special fixture design of AutoCAD for milling the end face to draw the two-dimensional assembly drawing. The special fixture for milling face adopts A-type locating pin and B-type locating pin, tool setting block and pressing plate to clamp workpiece, and a single screw clamping mechanism is designed.
This manual mainly consists of three parts: the first part is the foreword, the formulation of pump body machining process specification, the second part is the design of special fixture, and the third part is the summary and experience, thanks and references.
