方盒自动装箱装置的设计
摘要
包装机械属于高技术、高智能、高竞争的机电一体化产品,高技术成果都会在包装机械产品中得到应用。纸盒装箱机械可分为折纸、下纸、方盒推送、纸盒打开、纸盒传输、折舌、插舌、压平和打批号等功能。
本次设计为方盒装盒装置的设计,主要内容有方盒货物的输送装置设计、方盒货物装盒装置设计、纸箱的支承装置设计、传动装置及原动机四部分。方盒货物的输送装置利用输送带进行方盒货物的输送到位,输送速度0.8m/s;方盒推货装置通过正弦机构进行方盒货物的推送入箱,推货速度1.25s/层,一层设计为4盒;纸箱支承装置利用凸轮配合支承板来完成纸箱的上下升降,支承板尺寸260mm×160mm,凸轮基圆半径150mm,升程150mm;驱动方式采用分别驱动,使各机构单独驱动。
本设计充分考虑了机械动力学分析,使结构尽量简单,机械运行平稳,各机构间能实现较好的配合。设计过程参考了各类包装机械设计中的长处,同时也借鉴了其它机械的优点来完成方盒装箱装置的设计。

Abstract
Packaging machinery belongs to high technology, high intelligence, high competition of mechatronics products, high-tech achievements will be used in packaging machinery products. Carton packing machinery can be divided into origami, paper, box pushing, box opening, box transmission, folding tongue, tongue inserting, pressing and making batch number and other functions.
This design is the design of the box loading device, the main content has the transport device design of the box goods, the box loading device design, the supporting device design of the carton, the transmission device and the prime mover four parts. The conveying device of the square box goods uses the conveyor belt to transport the square box goods in place, the conveying speed is 0.8m/s; The square box pushing device pushes the square box goods into the box through sinusoidal mechanism. The pushing speed is 1.25s/ layer. One layer is designed to be 4 boxes. The carton supporting device uses the CAM with the supporting plate to complete the carton up and down, the supporting plate size is 260mm×160mm, the CAM base circle radius is 150mm, the lift is 150mm; The drive mode is driven separately, so that each mechanism is driven separately.
This design fully considers the mechanical dynamics analysis, so that the structure as simple as possible, the mechanical operation is stable, the mechanism can achieve better coordination. The design process refers to the advantages of all kinds of packaging machinery design, but also learn from the advantages of other machinery to complete the design of the box packing device.
