农用履带车喷洒系统的设计
摘要
我国是一个农业大国,农业是主要的生产生活方式之一,农民种植农作物,喷洒农药是一项必不可少的工作。农作物病虫害扩散迅速,病虫种类多,并且会有过度繁殖,爆发成灾害的风险。病虫害会严重影响农作物生产,给农民造成巨大损失,严重影响我国的国民经济发展。因此,为有效抗击病虫害,提高农作物生产质量和生产效率和农药喷洒效率,必须喷洒农药抵制害虫,减少农作物的减产。
本课题研究一种农用履带车的喷洒系统,采用无线遥控控制农用履带车的行走、喷洒。喷药箱容量大,喷药范围广。采用高压柱塞泵连接高压管连接接头以及不锈钢万向喷头,设置万向节可以调节喷头角度,选取不同型号的喷头使喷洒范围更广更全面。在此基础上,考虑到果树之间距离不一,另配置电动推杆可以调整喷头距离,大范围喷洒农药,提高喷洒效率。

Design of Spraying System for Agricultural Tracked Vehicle
Abstract
China is a big agricultural country , agriculture is one of the main ways of production and life , farmers grow crops , pesticide spraying is an essential work .Cro p diseases and insect pests spread rapidly , many kinds of diseases and pests , and there will be the risk of excessive reproduction , disaster .Disease and insect pests will seriously affect crop production , cause huge losses to farmers , and seriously affect China's national economy development .Therefore , in order to effectively fight against diseases and insect pests and improve crop production quality and production efficiency , we must be sprayed with pesticides to resist pests and reduce crop production reduction .
This paper studies a spraying system of agricultural crawler vehicle, which uses wireless remote control to control the walking and spraying of agricultural crawler vehicle. The spray box has large capacity and wide range of spraying. The high pressure plunger pump is used to connect the high pressure pipe connection joint and the stainless steel universal nozzle. The universal joint can adjust the nozzle angle and select different types of nozzle to make the spraying range wider and more comprehensive. On this basis, considering the different distance between fruit trees, the electric push rod can adjust the distance of sprinkler head, spray pesticide in a wide range, and improve the spraying efficiency.
