摘要
裁板锯是现代木工机械中很通用设备,在实木板、刨花板、胶合板、纤维板等人造板的切割上都有很优异的表现,在车船制造和家具制造等木工加工行业中都广泛应用。根据市场的需求,本设计了一台用于切削锯材的往返式裁板锯。它包括机体、电动机、气缸、锯架台、滚轮、主锯、划线锯、减速器。其中主锯、划线锯和减速器都有各自的电动机;在机身的上梁处有两个圆柱导轨;在锯架台部分设有主锯、划线锯和它们的电机;锯架台的运动靠四个滚轮,四个滚轮和圆柱导轨也相配合;在切削运动的终点处有卷筒、减速器和牵引电动机;牵引电机靠钢丝绳实现切削运动的进给;因此裁板锯需要实现往返运动,在往返过程中锯切系统需要下降,因此锯架台处还设有气缸来实现切削系统的升降,锯架升降板和气缸活塞杆铰接。本设计的裁板锯结构简单合理,具有较高的性价比,能满足市场的大部分需求,切割废屑也不容易卡机,机体的刚性足以满足工作范围内的需要。

The design of a round-trip cutting saw
Abstract
Cutting saw is a modern woodworking machinery is very common equipment, in solid wood, particle board, plywood, fiberboard and other artificial plate cutting has excellent performance, in the car and boat manufacturing and furniture manufacturing and other carpentry processing industry are widely used. According to the needs of the market, this paper designs a round-trip cutting saw for cutting saw material. It includes the body, electric motor, cylinder, sawing platform, roller, main saw, dash saw, reducer. Among them, the main saw, dash saw and decelerator have their own motor; There are two cylindrical rails at the upper beam of the fuselage; The main saw, dash saw and their motors are provided in the saw frame section; The movement of the sawing platform depends on four rollers, and the four rollers and cylindrical rails also cooperate; There are reels, decelerators and traction motors at the end of the cutting motion; The traction motor relies on the wire rope to achieve the feed of the cutting motion; Therefore, the cutting saw needs to achieve round-trip movement, during the round-trip sawing system needs to drop, so the saw frame table also has a cylinder to achieve the cutting system lift, saw frame lift plate and cylinder piston rod articulation. The design of the cutting saw structure is simple and reasonable, with a high cost-effective, to meet most of the needs of the market, cutting waste chips is not easy to card the machine, the rigidity of the body is sufficient to meet the needs of the working range.
