垃圾车总图
后装压缩式垃圾车是一种集自动装载垃圾和自动卸料为一体的新型垃圾运输车。它的专用装置包括车厢、装填机构、举升机构及液压系统等几个部分。本文对XZ5110ZYS后装压缩式垃圾车装填机构的结构、原理进行了深入地分析;对装填机构、推卸料机构进行了力学分析,在此基础上,对装填机构进行运动分析,建立了装填机构的数学模型并进行优化设计,最终确定了装填机构的有关参数。优化设计结果表明,优化后的装填机构参数能改善装填机构的性能,提高垃圾车的装载功能和收运容量。

ABSTRACT
Rubbish in cities has greatly changed with the progress of the society and the improvement of the living standard. As a result, the problem of collecting and delivering garbage is getting more and more serious. The previous garbage truck has not met the requirements of the development of environment for its disadvantage, such as the second pollution owing to spreading and leaking, small capacity, the low compressive rate. The back-up rubbish truck has been invented in such a situation, and its advantages are getting more and more evident.
The back-up compression rubbish truck is a new kind of rubbish truck which loads and throws rubbish totally automatically. Its exclusive devices consist of compartment; shove organization, put-up mechanism and hydraulic system, etc. The mechanism and principle as well as exclusive devices of the truck was carried out and its performance was improved fundamentally in order to improve its capacity and loading performance. In order to fulfill this purposes, the moving analysis of the shove organization is carried out based on the mechanical analysis of the equip-pack fill organization, and then the mathematical model is established, finally, the parameters concerned of the shove organization are determined. The result of the optimize design proves that the parameters can greatly improve the functions of loading mechanism ,such as loading and carrying .
