详细说明了塑料注射模具设计方法,以及各种参数的具体计算方法,如塑件的成型工艺,塑料脱模机构的设计。

Abstract
This design chooses the back cover of socket as the injection mold design, analyses the shape characteristics, size, dimension marking method and precision requirements of plastic parts, and analyses the production batch cost of plastic parts. Determine the forming plan and die form.
According to the analysis results of the shape, size, accuracy and surface quality requirements of plastic parts, the required moulding schemes are determined: the post-processing of products, the selection of parting surface, the number and arrangement of cavity, the structure of moulding parts, the pouring system, etc.
The design method of plastic injection moulds and the specific calculation methods of various parameters, such as the moulding process of plastic parts and the design of plastic demoulding mechanism, are described in detail.
