合页冲压件的冲孔落料、弯曲复合模具设计与制造
摘要
本次的设计题目为合页冲压件复合模和弯曲模—采用的材料是Q235。
本次的设计对模具的设计的思路和结构特点展开较全面的论述和讲解。结合模具的发展的现状和冲压模具设计的主要技术内容,对合页的冲压件进行的较详细工艺的分析;进行的冲压力、压力中心和模具工作的部分尺寸等冲压工艺的计算;对卸料装置、定位装置和导料装置等模具结构的内容进行的选择;根据工艺计算的结果的和模具的结构,对模具的主要零件的结构进行的设计;对压力机的结构进行的合理选择。
由于冲压件的弯曲件的结构处于一般,对称和对精密度的要求的一般,在设计的过程中充分的考虑到定位板的中心轴孔的对称度的要求,另外材料的平整度和模具的工作的强度。为了提高模具生产的效率和保证零件的尺寸精度,则决定采用复合模的生产形式。根据冲压件的结构,决定采用的倒装式结构,弹性卸料,导料销导料和挡料销挡料。之后,在进行零件的弯曲。因为本零件的结构的一般,弯曲工艺的不难,可一次进行成型。
本次一共设计了两副模具的结构,第一副为落料冲孔复合模,采用的是凸凹模和卸料板在下的倒装结构,凸模,凹模在上,冲孔废料直接从凸凹模的漏料孔掉下,制件卡在凹模中,由顶件器将产品从凹模中顶出,采用挡料销结构挡料,导料结构钉导料,卸料方式为弹性卸料装置,弹性元件称为橡胶。
第二副模具为弯曲模类型,其对产品的定位为定位板,凸模在上,产品向上弯曲,角度为九十度。

Abstract
The design topic of this project is compound die and bending die for hinge stamping parts - the material used is Q235.
The design of the die design ideas and structural characteristics of a more comprehensive exposition and explanation. Based on the development of die and the main technical content of stamping die design, the detailed process analysis of the stamping parts of the joint sheet was carried out; the calculation of stamping process such as stamping force, pressure center and part size of die work was carried out; and the contents of die structure such as unloading device, positioning device and guide device were carried out. Selection; According to the results of process calculation and the structure of the die, the structure of the main parts of the die is designed; and the structure of the press is reasonably selected.
Because the structure of the bending part of the stamping part is in general, symmetry and precision requirements are general, the symmetry of the central axis hole of the positioning plate is fully taken into account in the design process, and the smoothness of the material and the working strength of the die are also taken into account. In order to improve the efficiency of die production and ensure the dimensional accuracy of parts, it is decided to adopt the production form of compound die. According to the structure of stamping parts, the inverted structure, elastic unloading, guide pin and stop pin are adopted. After that, the parts are bent. Because the structure of this part is general, the bending process is not difficult, and it can be formed at one time.
This time, two sets of die structure were designed. The first one is blanking punching compound die. The reverse structure of punch and concave die and discharging plate is adopted. The punch and concave die are on top. The waste material of punching is directly dropped from the leaking hole of punch and concave die. The workpiece is stuck in the concave die. The product is ejected from the concave die by the ejector and the stop pin is used. Structural retaining material, structural nail guide material, unloading mode is elastic unloading device, elastic components are called rubber.
The second pair of dies is the bending die type. The positioning of the product is the positioning plate. The punch is on the top, and the product bends upward with an angle of 90 degrees.
