摘要
油箱连接杆材料45钢,中大批量生产,由《机械制造工艺设计简明手册》表1.3-1知,毛坯制造方法为棒料。表2.2-25知,各加工表面的加工余量,加工方法及机床型号,计算各工序工时。
油箱连接杆粗铣四方的夹具设计,由工艺路线及《简明机床夹具设计手册》中六点定位原理,选择油箱连接杆Ф56外圆及右端Ф22端面定位,对应的定位元件为长V型块和A型支承钉;由油箱连接杆零件结构知采用杠杆机构夹紧工件;定位键用来确定夹具与机床工作台的相对位置,设置在夹具体的底面上。
设计主要任务包括:零件图1张、毛坯图1张、机械加工工艺过程卡1份、机械加工工序卡1份、夹具设计装配图1张、夹具非标零件图若干张、设计说明书1份。
夹具是工艺装备的一部分,在机械制造中占有重要地位,夹具对保证产品质量,提高生产率,减轻劳动强度,缩短产品生产周期等都具有重要意义。

abstract

The main tasks of graduation design include: 1 piece of part drawing, 1 piece of blank drawing, 1 piece of machining process card, 1 piece of machining process card, 1 piece of Fixture Design and assembly drawing, 1 piece of fixture non-standard part drawing, 1 piece of graduation Product requirements document.
Fixture is a part of process equipment and plays an important role in mechanical manufacturing. Fixture is of great significance to ensure product quality, improve productivity, reduce labor intensity and shorten product production cycle.
