摘要
某型导叶片机械加工工艺及其专用夹具设计,由老师发的任务书和某型导叶片零件图知,此设计大体分成两部分,一为工艺部分;二为夹具部分。
工艺部分主要包括零件的分析、毛坯余量的确定及工时计算等,详细查看某型导叶片知道,其材料为ZG1Cr13,Φ18h6外圆粗糙度Ra1.6,Φ20f7外圆粗糙度Ra1.6,叶片粗糙度Ra1.6,6N9键槽粗糙度Ra3.2,这些位置精度较高,其他的加工表面精度一般。再上网查了下叶片的资料,知道其或为散热零件,或为类似风扇叶的吹风配件。
我要设计的磨叶片夹具。这点对我真的非常难,翻阅了三四天的资料也没找到合适的定位和夹紧方案,后来在网上查看叶片资料,在几张关于叶片夹具装配图中得到启发,尽而设计出我的夹具方案:磨叶片夹具以Φ20f7外圆作为主定位面,叶片顶尖和键槽辅助定位,对应的定位元件为半圆弧定位块、衬套和定位销。

Abstract
The machining process of a certain guide vane and its special fixture design are known from the task book issued by the teacher and the part drawing of a certain guide vane. This design is generally divided into two parts, one is the process part; The second part is the fixture part.
The process part mainly includes the analysis of parts, the determination of blank allowance and the calculation of working hours. Check a certain guide vane in detail and know that its material is zg1cr13, Φ 18h6 cylindrical roughness Ra1.6, Φ 20f7 excircle roughness Ra1.6, blade roughness Ra1.6, 6n9 keyway roughness ra3.2, these positions have high accuracy, and other machined surface accuracy is general. Then I checked the information of the lower blade on the Internet and found that it was either a heat dissipation part or a blowing accessory similar to the fan blade.
I want to design a fixture for grinding blades. This is really very difficult for me. After reading the information for three or four days, I didn't find a suitable positioning and clamping scheme. Later, I checked the blade information on the Internet and got inspiration from several assembly drawings of blade fixture, so I did my best to design my fixture scheme: grinding blade fixture to Φ The outer circle of 20f7 is used as the main positioning surface, and the blade center and keyway are used for auxiliary positioning. The corresponding positioning elements are semi-circular arc positioning block, bushing and positioning pin.
