前保险杠设计的主要功能是吸收外部冲击力，在车辆或驾驶员受到冲击力时产生缓冲，起到保护人和车辆的作用。同时，前保险杠的合理设计将对保护行人起到一定的作用。因此近年来，人们在设计前保险杠系统时越来越关注这个问题。但除了保持前保险杠原有的保护功能外，人们也越来越注重前保险杠与整车外形的和谐统一，同时保证了自身的轻量化。所以汽车的前保险杠基本上是聚丙烯（PP）树脂材质的。
聚丙烯（PP）树脂材质保险杠主要由保险杠格栅、吸能块以及其本体三部分组成。聚丙烯（PP）树脂材质保险杠在使用过程中具有较好的机械强度、较高的刚度以及外表比较光滑漂亮。汽车前保险杠的作用主要从两个方面体现：首先它是在汽车发生碰撞时，保护人们生命安全的第一道防线，它能有效的降低碰撞时的冲击力，最大程度的保证乘车人以及行人的安全。其次PP材质的汽车保险杠外观非常漂亮有光泽，与整个车身放在一起看协调一致，十分符合现在人们的审美观。
同时我们主要利用CATIA等三维建模软件对汽车前保险杠进行建模与分析。

Abstract
Due to the rapid development of the world economy and the level of science and technology, people are increasingly yearning for a better life, which directly promotes the rapid development of the automobile industry. China's domestic automobile manufacturing scale is also growing rapidly, and the domestic market demand for automobiles is also growing rapidly. At the same time, with many families in our country have their own private cars, which leads to the current traffic accidents are also frequent. Therefore, in addition to the driving experience and appearance, people pay more and more attention to the safety of the car. As the first line of defense for automobile safety, the front bumper has become one of the important topics in automobile safety design at home and abroad.
The main function of the front bumper design is to absorb the external impact force, produce buffer when the vehicle or driver is impacted, and play the role of protecting people and vehicles. At the same time, the reasonable design of the front bumper will play a certain role in protecting pedestrians. So in recent years, people pay more and more attention to this problem when designing the front bumper system. But in addition to maintaining the original protection function of the front bumper, people also pay more and more attention to the harmony and unity of the front bumper and the vehicle shape, while ensuring their own lightweight. So the front bumper is basically made of polypropylene (PP) resin.
PP resin bumper is mainly composed of three parts: bumper beam, energy absorption block and its body. The bumper made of polypropylene (PP) resin has good mechanical strength, high rigidity and smooth appearance. The function of automobile front bumper is mainly reflected in two aspects: first, it is the first line of defense to protect people's life safety in the event of automobile collision, which can effectively reduce the impact force in the collision and ensure the safety of passengers and pedestrians to the greatest extent. Secondly, the appearance of PP automobile bumper is very beautiful and glossy, which is in harmony with the whole body, and very in line with people's aesthetic view.
At the same time, we mainly use CATIA and other three-dimensional modeling software to model and analyze the front bumper.
