本次设计首先,通过对果园开沟施肥机现状、结构及原理进行分析,在此分析基础上提出了其设计方案,主要特点是结构简单、紧凑,各个零件的要求较低,便于生产加工;该机器工作可靠,能较好地满足果园的开沟和施肥工作。接着,对主要技术参数进行了计算选择;然后,对各主要零部件进行了设计与校核;最后,通过AutoCAD制图软件绘制了装配图及主要零部件图,并进行三维设计。

Abstract
In order to ensure the quality of furrow fertilization, improve the efficiency of operation and reduce the cost of production, a kind of furrow fertilization machine with stable performance is needed. This design of orchard ditching fertilizer machine is mainly composed of walking tractor, ditching device, fertilizer device, lifting device and soil covering mechanism.
First of all, based on the analysis of the current situation, structure and principle of the orchard ditching and fertilizing machine, this paper puts forward its design scheme, which is characterized by simple and compact structure, low requirements for various parts, and easy production and processing; the machine works reliably and can better meet the ditching and fertilizing work of the orchard. Then, the main technical parameters are calculated and selected; then, the main parts are designed and checked; finally, the assembly drawing and main parts drawing are drawn by AutoCAD drawing software, and three-dimensional design is carried out.
