摘要
在经济和科技不断进步的当下,良好的身体状况越来越受到民众的重视,为了锻炼身体加强体质,许多人都选择了进行体育运动。为了让体育运动更加便捷,能够更好的服务民众,自动化的体育产品和器械开始渐渐的出现在大众的眼前。国内关于自动化运动器材的种类越来越多,设计也越来越成熟。现今,国内关于发球机的研究还有一部分的空白,除了乒乓球发球机的技术较为成熟,其他发球机的技术都还在初步发展阶段。
羽毛球运动是一种多人运动,无论是训练、教学还是娱乐,都至少需要两个人相互配合。特别是在羽毛球教学和训练中,需要有大量重复性的练习动作,为保证训练效果,对陪同人员要求较高而羽毛球发球机的使用正好弥补了一个人无法打羽毛球的不足,哪怕一个人也可以练习羽毛球,因此羽毛球发球机的市场前景非常大。针对情况,设计出一款羽毛球发球机,这种发球机通过双轮摩擦的方式发射羽毛球,针对不同的训练要求可以调整方向和角度。本次设计主要就该款发球机的发射系统,传动系统进行设计。
这种发球机的设计参考了乒乓球发球机发球的原理,改善了现有的羽毛球发球机,达到了更好的训练和娱乐效果。

There are more and more kinds of automatic sports equipment in China, and the design is becoming more and more mature. At present, there are still some gaps in the domestic research on serve machines. In addition to the relatively mature technology of table tennis serve machines, the technology of other serving machines is still in the preliminary stage of development.
Badminton is a kind of multiplayer sports, whether it is training, teaching or entertainment, at least two people need to cooperate with each other. In particular, in badminton teaching and training, a lot of repetitive exercises are needed. In order to ensure the training effect, the high requirements for accompanying personnel and the use of badminton serve machine just make up for the lack of a person who can not play badminton. Even one person can practice badminton, so the market prospect of badminton serve machine is very big. In view of the situation, a badminton serve machine is designed, which launches badminton by ejection mode, and can adjust the direction and direction according to different training requirements. angle This graduation project mainly designs the launch system, transmission system and automatic feeding system of the serve machine.
The design of this kind of serve machine refers to the principle of table tennis serve machine, improves the existing badminton serve machine, and achieves better training and entertainment effect.

羽毛球是一项同时拥有竞技和娱乐属性的运动项目,随着对羽毛球发球机研究的加深,这种发球机会增加很多不一样的属性,比如说方便快捷,自动调整发球,智能化和人性化的设计。这种发球机主要有储球系统、发球系统、传动系统、进料系统、支撑系统组成。利用solid Works软件进行设计,利用3D打印和激光加工技术进行加工,制作出实物模型,完成了功能验证。
