摘要
本主要内容是ZA400-560泵体成形工艺设计。首先讲述了当前海内外泵体的发展趋势、国内泵体的研究水平与国外的差距以及当前国内铸造行业的发展形式。同时对本次设计泵体的材料进行了了解,本次铸件的材料为3A钢,属于双向不锈钢材料,其型号相当于国内的25Cr-5Ni-Mo-N。其次本文对泵体的构造进行了分析,对零件中的不合理结构进行更改,优化了泵体的结构。依据泵体的构造,确定了泵体的浇注位置与分型面。同时还计算了泵体的铸造工艺参数,包括铸件圆角的选择、不铸孔的确定、机械加工余量的等级以及砂芯的设计等。并且本文还对冒口、浇注系统进行了计算和设计:冒口的设计方法为模数法;浇注系统选择开放式浇注并以底注的方式进行浇注。在文中对浇注系统的各浇道的尺寸进行了详细的计算和设计并对铸造的型砂进行了选择确定。在进行浇注时将金属液的温度设定为1500℃。之后按着铸造工艺图设计了模型图和芯盒图。最后确定了该泵体在浇注成形后所要进行的热处理方式和热处理温度:热处理为固溶处理,在1060℃进行保温。

Abstract
The main content of this paper is ZA400-560 pump body forming process design. Firstly, the development trend of domestic and overseas pump bodies, the gap between the research level of domestic pump bodies and foreign countries, and the current development mode of the domestic foundry industry are described. At the same time, the materials for the design of the pump body are known at the same time. The material of the current casting is 3A steel is a two-way stainless steel material, and its model is equivalent to domestic 25Cr-5Ni-Mo-N. Secondly, this paper analyzes the structure of the pump body, changes the unreasonable structure in the part, and optimizes the structure of the pump body. According to the structure of the pump body, the pouring position and the parting surface of the pump body were selected. At the same time, the casting process parameters of the pump body were calculated, including the selection of casting fillets, the determination of non-cast holes, the level of machining allowance, and the design of the sand core. In addition, the calculation and design of the riser and gating system are also carried out in this paper. The riser is applied to calculate and design with the modulus method. The gating system is selected for open casting and is poured in a low injection method. In this paper, the size of each runner of the gating system is calculated and designed in detail, and the casting sand is selected and determined. The temperature of the molten metal was set to 1500°C at the time of casting. Afterwards, the model diagram and core box diagram were designed according to the casting process diagram. Finally, the heat treatment method and heat treatment temperature of the pump body after casting are determined: the heat treatment method is solution treatment, and the holding temperature is 1060°C.
