摘要
本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。
一般部分为许厂矿3.0 Mt/a新井设计。许厂矿位于济宁市济宁煤田的东北部,交通较为便利。井田倾向(东西)长约4 km,走向(南北)长约8 km,井田总面积为32.3 km2。主采煤层为3下煤层,平均倾角为10°,煤层平均厚度为8.8 m。井田地质条件较为简单。
井田工业储量为357.33 Mt,矿井可采储量262.4 Mt 。该矿井服务年限为62.5 a,矿井正常涌水量为1387m3/h,最大涌水量为1928 m3/h。矿井瓦斯相对涌出量为0.49m3/t,属低瓦斯矿井。
井田为立井两水平开拓加暗斜井延伸;长壁放顶煤采煤法;矿井通风方式为前期中央并列式,后期两翼对角式。
矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为“三八”制。

ABSTRACT
This design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translated part.
The general part is a new design of Xuchang mine which designed productive capacity is 3.0 Mt percent year. Xuchang mine lines in north-east of Jining , Shandong province. The traffic of road and railway is convenience to the mine. The width of the minefield is 4 km and the width is about 8 km, the well farmland total area is 32.3km2.The three is the main coal seam, and its average dip angle is 10 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 8.8 m in all.
The proved reserves of the minefield are 357.33 Mt. The recoverable reserves are 262.4 Mt. The service life of the mine is 62.5 years. The normal flow of the mine is 1387 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 1928 m3 percent hour. The mine gas emission rate is 0.49 m3/t which can be recognized as low gas mine.
The well farmland is two levels in combined development of vertical shaft and later slope; the cole mine is the longwall mining; the way of mine ventilation for the central paratactic type, later two wings diagonal type
The working system “three-eight” is used in the Xuchang mine. It produced 330 d/a.
This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of panels; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.
The topic of Special subject parts is bolt-anchor cable technology research. Mainly aims at the bolt support in our country and abroad present situation and some theory research of supporting.
