DESIGN AND SIMULATION OF SWEET POTATO HARVESTER
摘要
本说明书设计了4tu-2型红薯收获机的收集和分离系统,并对机器开挖的主要部件和器官进行了系统的设计。
红薯收获机的总体设计:传动装置,分离装置和挖掘装置。传动装置由通用联轴器和链条传动机构组成,分离装置的分离是通过将分离杆从连杆系统分离而将脂肪从支架杆和底板料仓中分离出来;挖掘由独立的刀片,固定板和角度调整机构组成。
该机器的结构主要由拖拉机减速器,摆动轮,电动机,平台,挖掘机,传动链和地轮组成。拖拉机通过减速器和连接轮中的负载轮驱动能量传输,这导致链条,促进分离单元的移动,将挖出的红薯运送到收集和分离的箱子通过摇摆轮的作用,将红薯和碎石分开。

Abstract
This article designed the collection and separation system of the 4tu-2 sweet potato harvester, and systematically designed the main components and organs of the machine excavation.
Overall design of sweet potato harvester: The general structure is divided into transmission, separation and excavation devices. The transmission consists of a universal coupling and a chain transmission. Separation of the separation is achieved by separating the separation rod from the linkage system to separate the fat from the support rod and the bottom plate silo; excavate the independent blade, the fixing plate and Angle adjustment mechanism.
The structure of this machine is mainly composed of tractor reducer, swing wheel, motor, platform, excavator, drive chain and ground wheel. The tractor drives the energy transmission through the reducer and the load wheel in the connecting wheel, which causes the chain, facilitates the movement of the separation unit, transports the excavated sweet potato to the collecting and separating box and separates the sweet potato and the gravel by the action of the swing wheel.
