基于SW的精密齿轮泵的建模与分析
摘要
齿轮泵是通过一对参数和结构相同的渐开线齿轮的相互滚动啮合,将基体内的低压液体升至能做功的高压油的重要部件。是把发动机的机械能转换成液压能的动力装置。本文在调研的基础上,对齿轮泵的三维模型进行的设计与分析。旨在让大家更加了解与认识齿轮泵。
首先提出了齿轮泵的背景和意义以及国内外发展现状和最新科技,陈述了设计需求,针对本专业——计算机辅助设计做出了介绍。然后在三维设计软件solidworks的基础上进行零部件的三维建模,生成各个零部件的三维模型并进行装配和运动分析。通过此次设计,对齿轮泵的三维建模与分析,能够熟练运用solidworks进行三维建模,并对齿轮泵的结构、工作原理有了更透彻的理解。通过采用三维设计的方法验证了设计的合理性,缩短了产品设计时间,节约了开发成本,提高了产品开发的效率。

Abstract
Gear pump/wheel pump is an important component, which can translate low pressure liquid in machine to high pressure oil which can be able to work, through mutual scroll meshing of a pair of involute gear which have same parameter and structure. It is a pzowerplant, translating mechanical energy of engine to hydraulic energy. On the basis of survey, this article will design and analyse 3d model of gear pump in order to let people learning and understanding more about gear pump.
Firstly, the paper presents the background and significance of the gear pump and the development status and the latest technology at home and abroad. Then, on the basis of the three-dimensional design Software Solidworks, the three-dimensional modeling of parts, the three-dimensional model of each part and the assembly and motion analysis. Through the graduation design, the three-dimensional modeling and analysis of the gear pump, can skillfully use SolidWorks for three-dimensional modeling, and the structure of the gear pump, working principle has a more thorough understanding.
