我国注塑模具工业的发展日益壮大,受到了越来越多人们的关注,在电子、汽车、电机电器、仪器、仪表、家电和通信等产品中,60%-80%的零部件现在都需要模具成型。用注塑模具生产制件所具备的高精度、高复杂程度、高一致性、高生产率是其他加工制造所不能比拟的,随着需求的上升,精度与要求也一直在提高,传统模具的设计方法已不能满足人们对于模具的要求,利用CAD/CAE/CAM的设计制造注塑模具也成为了模具设计的主流。本次设计在了解一定的本行业的发展和知识的基础出发,选用UG NX8.5为工具,进行本次面板注射模具成型部件的设计及数控加工编程,主要包括:
1.塑件的工艺性分析通过其外观与用途确定塑件的材料,计算注塑量确定注塑机的型号,完成数据校核,根据塑件材料与外观选择的塑件精度。
2.成型部件设计,包括型腔的布局与排列方式,分型面的设计与选取,实现分模,根据成型部件的尺寸确定模架,确定成型部件与模具的定位方式、设计浇注系统、顶出方式、冷却系统、排气方案、生成三维模具图。
3.分析优化加工编程方案,进行成型部件工艺方案分析,采用对比的方式进行加工编程优化加工方法,根据要求与机床参数制作后处理文件。
4.使用自己设计的后处理文件进行文件后处理,生成NC代码,加工工单与机床装夹图。
本次设计完成了对塑件的成型部件设计与数控加工编程,对于UG的使用与操作得到长足的进步,现在UG已经成为了UG建模加工设计的主流软件,UG的出现让现在制造设计行业的精度与加工编程迅速的发展了起来,学习使用UG会给我们在参加工作之前打下了一定的坚实基矗这将让我们拥有更好的就业与择业机会。

Injection mold industry growing in our country, has been more and more people's attention, in the electronic, automobile, electrical appliances, instruments, meters, household appliances and communication products, such as 60% - 80% of the parts are now need to
mold design. Used as an injection mold production parts with high precision, high complexity, high consistency, high productivity,that is can't be matched by other processing and manufacturing, with rising demand, the precision and requirements have also been improved, the traditional mould design method can not meet the requirements of people for the mould, using CAD/CAE/CAM design and manufacture of injection mold has become the mainstream of the mold design. The graduation design in the basis of the understanding of the
development of the industry and knowledge, the selection of UG NX8.5 as tools, for the design of the panel of injection molding parts and nc machining programming, mainly includes:
1.Plastic parts manufacturability analysis determined by its appearance and use plastic material, injection quantity calculation method of injection molding machine models, data checking, choose according to parts material and the appearance of precision plastic parts.
2.The forming parts design, including the layout of the cavity and arrangement, the parting surface design and selection of parting, according to the size of the molding parts die set, determine the forming parts and mould positioning mode, design of gating system, ejector mode, cooling system, exhaust scheme, generate 3 d mold drawing.
3.Analysis to optimize the processing programming scheme, forming parts process scheme analysis, adopt the way of contrast to machining programming optimization method, according to the requirements to produce post-processing documents and machine parameters.
Use your own post-processing file to process the file, generate NC code, machined worksheet and machine tool folder.
Completed the graduation design of plastic parts molding parts design and nc machining programming, for the use of UG and get great progress operation, UG now has become the mainstream software UG modeling processing design, the appearance of UG to design manufacturing industry now the rapid development of the precision and machining programming, learning to use UG will give us before have a job laid a solid foundation. This will give us better jobs and better career opportunities.
