机械横移式加热炉出钢机设计
摘要
出钢机是将加热后的红钢坯推出加热炉进入辊道的一种重要设备。出钢机一旦出现问题,整条连轧线将会停止生产。所以出钢机是轧制线上的重要生产设备之一。出钢机分为纵向驱动部分和横向驱动部分。纵向驱动部分主要控制推杆的运动;横向驱动部分主要功能是调节推头所指的横向位置。其中推杆利用冷却水冷却。出钢机主要是靠推杆的正常运动来实现出钢。目前广泛应用的机械横移式加热炉出钢机有两种,分别是齿轮齿条横移式出钢机和车轮横移式出钢机。
本文对加热炉和出钢机的情况进行了介绍,通过对齿轮齿条横移式出钢机和车轮横移式出钢机两个方案的分析确定设计车轮横移式出钢机,然后对纵向驱动部分和横向驱动部分分别进行了设计计算,最后还提到一些安装与维护、润滑与密封的问题。

ABSTRACT
The cross pusher is an important facility to push the heated red billet into roller out of furnace. The whole rolling line can not work if there is something wrong with the cross pusher. So this machine is one of the most significant equipment for production. It includes two parts which are vertical driver and horizontal driver.
The vertical part mainly controls the movements of the putter. And the major function of the horizontal driver is to adjust the horizontal position which the putter refers to. For the time being, there are two kinds of cross pusher widely used in transferring mechanical furnace. Putter uses the cooling water to cool. They are rack, pinion transferring cross pusher and wheels transferring cross pusher.
The performance about furnace and cross pusher are introduced in this paper. After analyzing these two kinds of facilities, finally the wheels transferring cross pusher turns out to be a better one. And then, some designs and calculations are illustrated on Vertical and horizontal part. In the end, also the installation, maintenance, lubrication and sealing issues are referred.
