摘要
到目前为止,夹具仍是重要的机电工具,用户只需要按品种,选择购买规格。根据夹具的范围,可分为一般固定、可调式固定和专用夹具。虽然工装夹具和产品息息相关,需要根据产品的不同做出改变,通常模具的特殊性质已经成为一个独立的行业;夹具是先进的当代设计的组合和符合节能原则。本文首先对离合器齿轮零件进行了机械加工工艺分析及规程的设计,然后对4-φ5mm孔进行了专用的钻床夹具设计。

Abstract
Up to now, the fixture is still an important mechanical and electrical tool, users only need to choose the purchase specification according to the variety. According to the scope of fixture, it can be divided into general fixture, adjustable fixture and special fixture. Although the fixture is closely related to the product and needs to be changed according to the different products, the special nature of the mold has become an independent industry; the fixture is a combination of advanced contemporary design and conforms to the principle of energy saving. In this paper, firstly, the machining process analysis and specification design of clutch gear parts are carried out, and then the special jig design of drilling machine for 4 - φ 5mm hole is carried out.
