摘要
本课题是对电风扇各零件进行设计达到理论结合实践的综合性环节。通过运用SolidWorks软件绘制出零件的三维图;结合计算和绘图,反复修改,计算和设计交替进行,正确地确定产品各零件的总体设计;电风扇主要由护罩,护盖,风叶,电机,扇头,底座,连接头,立柱,底座组成,综合运用SolidWorks、AutoCAD这两个软件,绘制出产品成型零件图和产品结构装配图;经过分析总结,编写产品设计过程说明书。通过本次课题研究,基本上掌握产品外形设计的一一般规律;通过计算、绘图和运用技术标准、规范、设计手册等相关资料,进行产品外形设计的全面基本技能训练,基本上掌握产品外形设计的一般方法,?并熟练使用SolidWorks、AutoCAD进行电脑绘图,为以后从事产品与产品设计工作打下一个良好的实践基矗主要运用到了SolidWorks中的拉伸、阵列、旋转、扫描、挖壳,进行电风扇各个部件的设计;然后再将设计的部件进行装配。

Abstract
This subject is a comprehensive link of designing the parts of electric fan and combining theory with practice. Through the use of SolidWorks software to draw the three-dimensional drawings of the parts, combined with calculation and drawing, repeatedly modified, calculated and designed alternately, correctly determine the overall design of each part of the product. The fan is mainly made up of guard, cover, wind blade, motor, fan head, base, connecting head, column and base. The product forming part drawing and product structure assembly drawing are drawn by using SolidWorks,AutoCAD software. After analysis and summary, prepare the product design process specification. Through This topic research, basically grasps the product contour design a general rule; Through calculating, drawing and using technical standards, specifications, design manuals and other relevant materials, the overall basic skills of product shape design training, basically master the general method of product shape design, and proficient in the use of SolidWorks, AutoCAD for computer drawing, for the future product and product design work to lay a good foundation for practice.
