摘要
内啮合摆线泵及各种摆线类齿轮泵的进一步研究是当前齿轮泵技术发展的一个重要课题。对摆线泵的啮合特性流量特性、运动特性以及泵的容积效率、机械效率等基本特性的研究是提高摆线泵质量的关键所在。本文的基本分析内容如下:在本第一章节中,重点分析了本文研究的齿轮泵设备所处的大背景,并分析了本文研究的意义,对西方发达国家以及我们中国在齿轮泵的研究上的基本情况进行了分析,并也看出了其中的差距,有待于我们后续的发展中获取更大的进步,此外分析了摆线类型的齿轮泵设备在以后的一段时间内的基本发展趋势,比如有提高泵的压力载荷,有效的实现低流量的脉动形式,有效的降低泵的作业噪音,整体提高泵设备的基本排量,并对排量的参数实现可变转换等等。第二章节的主要任务在于对摆线形式的内啮合齿轮泵结构设备的基本组成进行了分析,并结合图纸阐述了摆线形式的内啮合齿轮泵结构设备在工作中的基本作业原理,分析了摆线形式的内啮合齿轮泵结构设备在日常的工作中的相关作业性能的影响因素,如有各种参数对排量大孝作业效率大孝转动速度大孝容积效率大小等等。第三章节的基本任务在于对摆线形式的内啮合齿轮泵结构设备相关基本参数进行有效的计算分析,比如分析了内转子结构部件和外转子结构部件的齿数数目,确定了其基本的中心距大小,阐述分析了其中的创成系数以及弧径系数,对转子的基本参数进行了分析;第四章节的主要任务是对摆线形式的内啮合齿轮泵结构设备的模型进行建立,首先重点分析了本文的建模软件SOLIDWORKS的基本背景进行了阐述,对其基本的建模途径及方法进行了简单的介绍。重点在于建立了垫板结构部件、衬套结构部件、主轴结构部件、内转子结构部件、泵体结构部件、泵盖结构部件等零件,并对其进行装配形成了内啮合摆线齿轮泵的整机模型。第五章节的重点在于摆线形式的内啮合齿轮泵结构设备在日常的基本使用过程中需要注意的细节以及问题点,并对日常的基本维护以及保养进行了简单的阐述。

Abstract
The further research on the internal meshing cycloid pump and various cycloid gear pumps is an important issue in the development of the gear pump technology. The key to improve the quality of cycloidal pump is to study the meshing characteristics, flow characteristics, motion characteristics, volumetric efficiency and mechanical efficiency of cycloidal pumps. Analysis of the basic contents of this paper are as follows: in the first chapter, analyzes the background of the gear pump equipment is studied in this paper are, and analyzes the significance of this study, the western developed countries and our China in research on the basic situation of gear pump are analyzed, and also see the gap. We need to be further development to obtain greater progress, in addition to the basic development trend of gear pump type equipment cycloid after a period of time in the analysis, such as increasing the pressure load of the pump, the effective implementation of low flow pulse form, effectively reduce the operation noise of the pump, improve basic displacement the pump, and the displacement of the variable parameters on the conversion and so on. The main task of the second chapter is the basic form of the composition of the cycloidal internal gear pump structure of the equipment are analyzed, and expounds the basic operation principle combined with the drawings in the form of cycloid gear pump structure of the equipment in the work, analyzes the factors that influence the work performance of cycloid gear pump form the structure of the equipment in daily in the work, such as a variety of parameters on the displacement efficiency, size size, rotation speed, size of the volume efficiency of size etc.. The basic task of the third chapter is the internal gear pump structure equipment basic parameters of cycloid is analyzed the effective calculation, such as analysis of the number of teeth of inner rotor and outer rotor structure parts of structural components, determine the distance of its basic center, on analyzing the generative coefficient and arc path coefficient and the basic parameters of the rotor are analyzed; the main task of the fourth chapter is on the form of the cycloid gear pump structure device model was established, firstly analyzes the basic background of the modeling software SOLIDWORKS is discussed and the basic modeling approaches and methods are introduced. The key point is to set up the parts of the backing plate, the bushing, the main shaft, the inner rotor, the pump and the pump and so on. The fifth chapter focuses on the details and points of attention in the basic operation process of the internal gear pump structure and equipment in the cycloidal form, and describes the basic maintenance and maintenance in daily life.
