THC56631AN系列数控机床主传动系统结构设计
摘要
主传动系统作为数控机床设计中的首要组成部分,它的准确性对后续的合理布局尤为重要。本案设计由题目所给定的基本参数为切入点,首先计算出准确级数,然后进行结构式及传动比的优化分配,再延伸到齿轮和传动轴的设计,合理选取各类主传动配合件,以及对轴和齿轮及其配合件的校核,绘制合理的主传动系统展开图、装配图和零件图,侧重进行变速机构、主轴组件、刀具自动夹紧及吹屑装置、滑移齿轮和密封装置的设计,完成设计任务。
本次设计突出了结构设计的要求,在保证机床的实用性和运动特性下,根据机床设计的基本原则,拟定结构式及结构网,对机床的结构进行优化,力求降低生产成本。主轴和齿轮设计在满足强度需要的前提下,材料的选择也是采用经济、合理的原则,从而避免材料的浪费。

In the most economic and reasonableway to meet established requirements under the premise of reducing the production cost, to complete the design task.
