磨豆机装配图
摘要
本主要是对现有市场上的磨豆机进行创新,通过对磨豆机数据的搜集、分析整理、归类,了解磨豆机零部件的组成,各部件的结构特性、作用及在工作中各零部件的运动状态。在对搜集到的数据分析出现有的磨豆机大多是只能把豆类磨成细粉,然后取出备用。根据这一情况,现对磨豆机进行创新,在原有的基础上加一烧水装置,现磨的豆类直接进入该装置,然后加水烹煮。
本的方案大致是:(1)对现有市场的磨豆机进行数据的搜集、整理;(2)利用CAD绘制大致的草图;(3)根据绘制的草图,利用三维建模软件UG对磨豆机建模、装配、爆炸;(4)分析CAD草图及三维模型导出的二维图纸,最终确定二维图纸。最终以形成能批量加工的二维图纸及三维模型。

Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to innovate the mill in the existing market, through the collection, analysis and classification of the milling machine data, to understand the composition of the components, the structural characteristics, role of the components and the movement of the components in thework. In the data analysis of the collected data, most of the mills can only grind beans into a fine powder, and then take out spare. According to this situation, the Bean machine is innovated and added awater heating device on the original basis. the Bean beans directly enter the device and cook itwithwater.
The plan of this paper is:( 1) collect and organize the data of the mill in the existing market;( 2) drawing rough sketches by CAD;( 3) according to the sketch drawing, the 3d modeling software ug is used to model, assemble and explode the Bean machine;( 4) analyze the 2d drawing of CAD sketch and 3d model, and finally confirm the 2d drawing. Finally, the two-dimensional drawings and 3d model can be processed in batch.
